I personally give thanks every single day many many times a day, so Thanksgiving feels to me like a very natural holiday with a huge meal, this year again it was here. I like having it here but this year I didn't get to cook very much in fact I don't think I cooked anything...wait a minute I didn't! That is an epiphany, Corey took care of the Turkey, (hold the phones I dumped some of the potatoes that Chuck and Carolyn canned in the small stock pot and put some water on them and set them to boil. But I didn't even stay in the kitchen to tend to them, LOL!) Any how, then mom brought sweet potatoes, cranberries and 2 pumpkin pies, Ash made cheesecake and a pumpkin pie, Nita brought bread and drink stuff and Carolyn brought over, dressing, baked beans, fruit salad and jellied cranberries. I was going to do a veggie tray and a chees and crackers tray...I didn't get to it a demanding little lady kept me busy all morning.
All in all a great day though!
